FILLING OUT YOUR TICKET MAP​
The goal of this ticket map is to help all of us in LEAP see where everyone stands with their campaigns and how we can anonymously help to improve any way that we can as a group.
- To start, select the ticket type that you're submitting info on. You can do this from the dropdown under the 'TICKET TYPE' header.
- Second, enter the date in which your campaign will start (or started) in the 'CAMPAIGN START DATE' field and then enter the date you anticipate it will end in the 'CAMPAIGN END DATE' field.
- Third, let's take a look at the number of prospects that you are hoping to attend your webinar. When you have this value, enter it in to the 'NUMBER OF PROSPECTS' field.
- Fourth, considering your number of prospects, what percentage do you hope will convert or purchase your offer on this webinar. When you have this percentage, enter it in the 'ANTICIPATED CONVERSION' field.
- Last, of your anticipated converted prospects, which percentage of this group would you ideally like to see convert to a Bring a Friend Ticket. Meaning, of this group, how many do you anticipate bringing a friend to your live event?
Now that we’ve gotten all of this entered, please take a moment to review before you submit. Our system in the backend will do the conversion for you and provide a database of anonymous results.
