AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY

We’re a boutique event planning firm with an upcoming event in September for you at the Orlando World Center Marriott.

We’re looking for 60 – 70 BAs to join our team and help us deliver an AWESOME event.

The event is called Funnel Hacking Live 2023. Perhaps you’ve worked with us before, and you know how amazing the event is. Nearly 5,000 of the best and brightest entrepreneurs, marketers and e-commerce business owners will be attending this conference to learn about the latest strategies, tactics and needle-moving strategies being used today.

Our mission is to build a team of smart, exceptional go-getters that are ready to make this event successful. If you’re interested, please fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch to schedule a time to speak with you, answer any questions and confirm the dates and times.

Please note: There is a place to provide your availability, with a few different options. For some of our days, we will have multiple shifts. You are welcome to select one shift or the other, OR select EITHER if they both will work or BOTH if you’d like to work more hours and cash-in!

Notes:

All Shifts:
  •  Rate: $22 / hour
  •  We will pay for onsite parking.
  •  We will provide snacks throughout the day.
  •  Dress code is black on black, with comfortable, closed-toe shoes. We may be providing a T-shirt. If you feel you might be cold, you should plan to wear a long-sleeve black shirt under the T-Shirt.
  •  Payment will be made via ACH on Monday, October 2, 2023.

Load-In Days:
  •  We will provide lunch onsite.

AM Shift:
  •  We will provide breakfast  onsite (off the clock, prior to call time, if you’d like to join us).
  •  We will provide lunch onsite.

PM Shift:
  •  We will provide Dinner onsite.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities to include the following (this list is not all-inclusive):

  • Unpack / Setup / Load-in Event Supplies
  • Unpack / Setup / Support Registration
  • Assemble Stage Furniture / Signage / Various Event Properties
  • Assist with Inventory
  • General Session Greeters / Door Monitors
  • Assist with People Moving / Directing Attendees
  • Distributing SWAG / Event Materials
  • Pack / Load-out Event Supplies and Properties

We require a shipping address because we will be shipping a SAGE box to your doorstep via FedEx delivery. For this, we ask that you provide a direct mailing address and not a PO Box. Your direct mailing address will ensure the SAGE box is delivered to you safely and on time.
